| Ear Flop and Teething OK, this has me curious. Why do the puppies' ears flop when they are teething? I assume my boy is teething because one ear has been floppy. I thought maybe the groomer didn't cut off enough off the top but today the ear has popped back up. What would cause them to go up and down? |

| You may want to tape the ears if you want them sticking up all the time. Certain Yorkies are able to have the ears stand straight up without taping, but lots of people have taped the ears (scotch tape works fine). I don't think it's directly related to teething. |
