WELCOME!! the best bags are from kwigy bo, RBD911 sells them on here usually a great source for purchasing a great carry bag. stores that almost always allow dogs as long as they are in your arms is Hobby Lobby, Michaels, Lowe's, Home Depot.
places that do not carry food are usually fine to go into with a small dog. you just have to be prepared to have them ask you to leave, it's their store and they make the rules.

Hello and Welcome. Most places that don't sell food are ok as long as they are in a bag. Just don't be to obvious about it and they don't even notice. Sofia is so small that most of the time no one even knows she is there.
