| Just had to share... Nicky looks quite handsome in his new harness. I had a hard time trying to find it too, I got it at Walmart and was on the verge of going to a pet store for it, I asked the staff to help me but all they could find were the big dog harnesses, I told the guy that he was a little dog. The kid was like How little. I said, 8 pounds?! then he looked all puzzled, so I said big enough that he can snuggle in comfortably tucked under my arm with no problem. Then he said, Oh one of the little yippy ankel bitters, the dog wanna be's. OH man was I ticked... HATE when people put down little dogs. I was already flustered about his lack of wanting to help, So I said to the kid, You know what you obviously have better things to do then help a paying customer, I Will look for it on my own, or go someplace else to do my business. He then said.... Oh ok and walked away from me... I was like what a jerk... Then some other lady another customer said that she was happy I did that, that kids these days have no work ethic at all. She then asked me what kind of dog I had, and she went , me too I just LOVE Yorkies... They are wonderful dogs, she then lead me to the section where she found her harness and she said it worked fine for her baby. I then told her about here and she said she never heard of this place, So I hope she comes here!! Unlucky for me she wasn't from around here she was in visiting family for the up comming holiday. The neighbor loved her potted plant that Nicky got for her lol. I was just glad that she was outside at the right time!! I was a very lucky pet mama!!

| Gah- people that act like that should be scrubbing toilets and not interacting with people. You have to have at least some self control when it comes to being an associate. Glad your neighbor liked the plant

| Yea I know what you mean, I don't expect or even want everyone to like little dogs, but at least keep your thoughts to yourself. I am not fond of big dogs, they always seem to jump up on people and are always sticking there noses where they don't belong... But I don't ever bad mouth them to the dog owner. Now that I think about it I should have reported him to the manager. I have a feeling though with his lack of wanting to help he will get himself in trouble. With that attitude he has.

| That is awful for a sales associate to say such things to you. If he says that often enough, he will eventually get himself into trouble with his employer. I also was looking for a different harness for my Yorkie puppy. Found "Lil Pals" harness did not fit right on my "baby". Finally found a harness that fit very well. It is a Ferret harness. I plan to use this as a pattern to create a few more harnesses for our little puppy that she can grow into. Just need to find the safety clasps somewhere. |

| I'm sorry, the way you retold the story sounded hilarious (because I could care less what ignorant people think) UNTIL you got to the part where you told him he clearly had better things to do than to help a paying customer and he said ok and walked away. Holy smokes, are you kidding? Especially in this economy. I think you should call the store and speak with his boss. That was appalling. I cannot tolerate rudeness and I just see more and more of it lately.
