| Looking for a certain "Dog Whisperer" episode. Can you help? I have recently started watching "The Dog Whisperer" and LOVE it. My spoiled babies are getting a total behavior overhaul because of it. Its wonderful. There is ONE thing I do need to learn. Tucker, my very excitable yorkie mix loves people and small dogs but had the wind knocked out of him by my aunt's large 8 month old collie puppy. Ever since this time Tucker has had a big dog phobia and expresses his fear through aggression. Whenever we walk him, as soon as a large dog is within 5-10 meters of us, tucker will go in "attack mode" and loose all control, barking, snarling, bearing his teeth, and snapping. He does not exhibit this behavior at ANY other time and is high energy but very pleasant. About two weeks ago I had tucker at an off leash park (he was on leash) and when 3-4 Labrador retrievers and other larger breeds approached him he started his aggressive act. I quickly snatched him up, closed his mouth with his hand and yelled a firm "no" at him (this NEVER works, but I don't know what else to do). Two of the dogs didn't realize who was doing the growling and turned on EACHOTHER each thinking the other one was attacking him. It was SO embarrasing, the owners had to break up the fight (which was done easily thank GOD). Even though I apologist, it was aweful. My little baby had caused two innocent dogs to fight. So here's the bottom line...anyone know of a good dog whisperer episode that deals with a similar situation? I don't think its a dominance issue (not ruling it out though) I really think it is stemming from fear. I need Ceasar's help! lol. Any other tips would be wonderful as well! we have been attempting to expose him to larger dogs and had a somewhat successful meeting this evening, but it still started with the aggressive routine. |

| I love the show also. I would say just about any of the shows would help. This past weekend, we had a somewhat aggressive behavior going on while camping, so my husband, did the Cesear thing and stepped in between Bella and the road and used the hand "bite" motion on her. After about 4 times, it was amazing. But of coarse with each dog walking by we had to do that. |

| The best way I've found is to automatically set your DVR to record Dog Whisperer episodes and then you can go thru them all and see which ones you want to watch.
