| Dog Fixed? We got our little guy neutered 10 days ago, and he still goes after his pillow like he's married to it. (or at least dating it) What gives?? Anybody else have this happen?? Thanks Barry |

| It could take awhile for the hormones to calm down, but some dogs do not change after neuter.

| It may not be hormones at all, some times it's a dominance thing. My teeny tiny Sofia does this to her toys and bed a lot. Just has to show someone she's the boss. |

Once he is neutered it will take several weeks to months for his hormone levels to decrease. It may improve. My previous female did the same thing to a stuffed doggie.

| I have a female JRT that humps my husbands blanket when we first get into bed. Only his blanket never mine. She knows I am the pack leader. But I always joke with my husband that she knows hes a push over. |
