| Definitely neuter him. The sooner the better! I personally would not wait until 6 months based on my own experience. If he is healthy enough, i would do it earlier to prevent bad habits (marking) from forming - Stewie formed his right @ 6 months and now I can't break them.

| I think if your not going to Breed you should neuter him. I'm not too sure of the age, but as long as he's healthy, I'd get it done.

| I agree with Kristy...I wouldn't wait until 6 months either. It seems like I've read that if you catch males right about or before (I can't remember darn it) 4 months that they won't raise their legs. But it seems he's been doing already anyway...

| If you don't intend to use him for breeding , it is better to have him neuter . |

| Most definetly neuter him before 6 months of age if you are not using him for breeding. After that I don't know if you can ever break him from marking. |

| You should talk to your vet and find out when he will do it. Mine wouldnt neuter before 6 months. My dog didnt start lifting his leg. My vet said they see more problems with the males post surgery than the females. That might be the reason he waits. Plus if you wait you can get teeth pulled that have ben retained rather than putting him under anesthia twice to do it. My male was neutered at 7 months and had 4 teeth pulled.
