| Update on Lost Yorkie Suzy (her new name) is doing really well. She has gained enough weight that you can hold her now and not feel like her bones are going to break. She is still slow to show her presence, but is slowly coming out of it. Her favorite time is in her new mommy's lap in a chair at night. Her hair is growing back after loosing much of it from the stress she went through. To this day nobody has called about her. but she is happy where she is and I Thanks God he brought her into my life, even if it was for a short time. She is loved and thriving!!!!

| I keep wondering if some of the little strays we keep reading about aren't escapee's from some byb or mill. Regardless it's so wonderful to hear they found a real angel that took them in. Bless you.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Thanks for the update, I'm so glad she's doing well, and I'm so glad people found her that could care for her and not abuse her. Sometimes I wonder how long a Yorkie could live on it's own, there just seems to be so many dangers in the real world. I really wish that there was one source for posting lost and found dogs and cats, unfortunately, there seems to be hundreds of places, and it's hard to hook up people who find dogs with the dog's owner. I did find one really good website that has lots of information on what to do, and many great resources on where to "list" found pets. They even have telephone numbers of all the shelters in your state because this is the number one place most pet owners check. Remember that you don't need to take the dog to the shelter, a picture, and phone number will do. Here's a link to the site: Recovery Tips: I Found a Stray Dog | Missing Pet Partnership. Hope Suzy continues to thrive and bless you and her new mama.
