| Charlie is sooo proud of himself! Charlie has been going up the stairs for quite a while now but has shown zero interest in going down. And i get nervous sometimes carrying him because he sometimes is excited about going down and gets squirmy (a couple of weeks ago I actually slipped. He ended up with a cut paw and I had a sprained ankle that blew up.) I have 13 steps going from the downstairs to the upstairs. Well, I realized Charlie was sitting halfway on the steps. Next thing he very tentatively came down about 5 or 6 steps. He was SO PROUD of himself. He was jumping and dancing all around me. And I was clapping and loving him up. So he decides he has to show me again ... and again ... and again. He must have done it six times. He is thrilled with himself. I figure he'll master the rest of the steps soon. A big step today!!! (No pun intended |

| Oh, so cute! My little Yorkie mastered going up the steps within days of bringing her home. Still too scared to attempt trying to go down steps. I imagine, she will figure it out soon. I love it when they figure things out and act so proud of themselves. |
