Quick question,whenm were you able to feel the puppies before birth,my female is due the Sat after Thanksgiving,took her to vet yesturday,he thinks we have three, but could you feel them yourself and when...thanks for the pictures and any info you can pass on..Judy,Kiko and Kiko

Wow! Congrats on your new babies! We have 4 two-day old babies ourself. (2 boys, 2 girls) I am a new timer on the board...I am SO glad I found this site...and relieved to know I am not the only one who's nuts about their Yorkie! I look around and see so many cute pictures...ahh, my heart is so happy

Ok. Now I'm a little confused! You said that you had puppies with "higher ups?" Not exactly sure what "higher ups" are, but just guessing, they're boys. And you said that the birth you posted pics of, was a breach? Those little paws and nose seem to say normal birth to me. (Breach is when they come out butt first! That's not fun.) You did good tho! My youngest female (3 1/2 yrs) had her first litter last March. When the first pup was being born, she didn't know what was going on. She tried to clean herself, and in doing so, she pushed the puppy back in!! That was a bit scarry! He came right back out tho, and was fine.

It gets easier every time. So, next time will be a piece of cake! Well, sorta.

Breech birth is when the puppy is presenting rear first instead of his head .

Assuming that everytime a bitch have puppies will be easier is wrong . No ones can predict how it will go . Somethings wrong can always happen with birth .

sorry guys , i had to post more pics. They got their tails off this morning and the dew claws off also. and yes the higher ups...lol... is the "privates". and i was so wrong.. you got to laugh at me.. ok go ahead i deserve it...we got 2 males and 2 females.. i had to ask the vet.LOL. now they know i am stupid. yep 3 of them came butt first.
