I said they would, but I hope for your sake that somone wouldn't take it that far. Pictures are pretty solid evidence that you've raised your little one up...plus you have videos which add to the evidence. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you find him.

Wow... that's pretty deep. For that to actually happen would tear me to pieces. And if they won, I'd probably lose my marbles. I cant' see myself not wanting to harm someone if that were to come about. I'd just have to steal him back I guess to avoid anything like that from happening. Anyway this is all "what ifs" but a great point. but A little reality check for me, actually, that if he were found I could run into this problem. It may not be as easy as, "hey thats my dog" and they hand him right over. I'm so glad you said this. Knowledge is power.

I have been reading through your thread and i was hoping on every page i clicked on that he would be found. I am so sorry to get to the last page and see its been 3months from when you lost him.

You are in my prayers and altho it seems like you wont get him back please keep trying. Big Big hugs to you. This post has made me so so sad i am so sorry that he is still not found.

That is harsh..... but so true. Anyone who would take someone else's pet is shallow. It's really no different than taking one's child. It probably hurts the same. We could do without those types of ppl in this world, for sure!

But I have learned so much from this experience. I have learned so much about shelters, puppy mills, pet stores, rescues etc..... Its made me want to help other animals. I'd love to find and bust puppy mills. I'd be part of a rescue like that in a heartbeat. Its a shame how people treat living creatures like a product.... Like a bike or a car and they steal it for parts.

I just read through your thread, I am so sorry to hear about Benjamin's missing. Don't give up and even if they did take him down the street, you will one day see him. My boyfriend's mom's dog was stolen from her, the people that took it live 6 houses down. Nothing was ever done to return the dog which upsets me. However, keep in mind that you gave him the life and love he deserved. You're in my prayers! xxx

If he is in fact right down the street...... I highly doubt I could just accept that that's his new home and leave it alone. I'm pretty sure I'd be finding out their schedule and routine pretty quick.

Yup, we are practically neighbors! Ahahah I told my boyfriend's mom I would accompany her to that house to get the dog back. She said she rather not start any problems with the neighbors out of fear of retaliation. I totally agree with you, if my baby were taken away and lived a few houses down I would not leave him there for long. Quick question, is the TP that you spoke about on Atlantic Ave? Just past the donut shop.

Yep. That's the one. Except coming from my way its just before the donut shop. Right off of Atlantic and Alondra.
