| Hi Christinee, even tho I am based in England, I feel for you and hate all those that have put you through so much torment by giving you false hope, I still hope that one day you will both be reunited Tanya & Buddy

| I am also UK based, my garden gate is 8' high with a huge chain and padlock, it worries me sick that there are people who do this kind of thing! What possess a person to take someone's most treasured and loved pet. They should be hung from the nearest tree! I really hope all turns out well for you

| Not sure if this is worth mentioning, but definitely interesting. A while back, about a month after Benjamin had been missing i received a phone call at 5:00 A.M. from a guy that told me he thinks he seen my dog being walked by a lady and her friend who also had a small dog and were coming from an apartment complex that is located right on the corner of my house. He said he didn't know which apt. number she came from but just wanted to let me know. I walked near the complex and had a look around, but it wasn't enough info to do anything else and I just kind of let it go as a benjamin look a like. I mean if this is true, the lady walking him must know I am looking for him. The whole neighborhood did. Well yesterday I get a call from a friend I haven't heard from in a while, I wasn't home but asked my sister to relay a message to me that she thought she may have seen Benjamin at the same apartment complex as the guy said, AND she described which apartment he came from. The message was relayed to me through my sister and I couldn't get ahold of her when I called back, so I'll need to call again today. But she knows benjamin. Her little chihuahua mix was benjamins girlfriend and we took our dog on outings all the time together................. That would be bizarre if he was at the corner apts. . But you would think someone would have known he'd been being looked for and told me. Then again, someone did. Anyway. Probably nothing. I'll be making sure anyway though. |

| No Longer a Member | Oh goodness, I hope it is...at the same time, what can be done if the yorkie is Benjamin? Was he microchipped so you can prove ownership? If so, will anything be done about the lady that somehow "didn't see" all of the posters and ads that you put out? I hope that you do get reunited with Benjamin, I'm sure he misses you a ton! |

| He is not microchipped, but I have hundreds of pics of him to prove he is my dog. |

| No Longer a Member | Ah, well photographs would hold up in court if she tried to deny that he is yours...do they do doggy dna to help identify pets? Are paw prints/nose prints unique to the animal? I guess I'm trying to figure out possible things I can do with my vet just in case this happens to me (knocks on wood). You know how selfish people can be, especially when a yorkie as cute as Benjamin comes into view. You are a strong person for holding on and keeping your head up. I would have lost it by now, chasing down anyone with a small dog so I can pick it up and make sure it wasn't mine... |

How would pictures not hold up in court....... I think I could convince a jury benjamin were mine if it came down to it...... lol.. But only a really nasty person would take it that far if they really had MY dog. But ur right. This is something to think about. | |
