Such wonderful news for you and little Matise.......it truely is amazing the strides that have been made in shunt surgery. Bless that surgeon!!!!! I so hope the road to recovery is a quick and uneventful one and I am sure you will be delighted to see the behavioral and physical changes that come with a prognosis such as this.........sounds like you can exhale now.......good luck

Oh, that's great news! The whole liver shunt thing sounds so serious and scary. It's great to hear of one of "our" pups having a positive outcome with surgery. Definitely keep us posted!
