| Anyone use Yorkie for Personal Protection and Weight Pulling? Sorry, but I bet it did get your attention! I wanted to enter her in a weight pulling Contest when the Corso was into it, but my wife refused! I can see her now, pulling a tiny sled with 10 pounds on it. As far as Personal Protection, if she was 80 pounds, she would be a champ! |

| You did get my attention. We would have the best "guard" yorkies ever if they we bigger, But they do let me know when someone comes into the yard or driveway |

| I don't know. It's not a joke. My yorkie saw a coyote this morning out of the front window and she came into the back part of the house to tell me about it. I lifted her up and sure enough - she was ready to go after that mean ol' coyote for showing his face around here!

YT Addict | hahaha! Love this! My best friend is a personal protection trainer. I guess I could do it with Lula if I wanted to, she definatly shows all the tennis balls in the house who's boss.

| haha, so story...one night, we were woken up by the dogs barking. It was about 3 am. then, we heard someone pounding on our door, like they were trying to get in. My husband loaded one of his guns and answered the door. It was just one of our idiot neighbors, but we definitely credit the boys with letting us know, and we feel confident that we would be woken up if something were to go wrong in the night. as for the weight thing...I think my boys could do a solid 10 lbs, if they tried together

| Mom, they are great little "alert" dogs, and will attack...now that is a funny thought. We have our Yorkie trained to immediately go and wake up the big dog, and tell him what to do, You would be surprised, they are strong little dogs. My Corso when he was young set records in AZ for weight pulling. He loved doing it. He is now almost 11, and just leads the good life, and he knows the Yorkie is the boss. So funny watching her get in his face when he gets in her way. When I correct him, she also feels the need. His paw is bigger than she is. |

| If the weighted sled competition was a percentage of weight against the weight of the dog, I have no doubt that Puddie would be a star. The silly beast can pull ME off balance if he goes into attack mode and I'm about 18 times his weight ! |

| My guy when he was young dragged me across the yard when he girlfriend (An Englush Bulldog) walked over for a visit from across the street when we were in AZ. Our yard was stone and boulder,.....not a real good experience. He was still growing at the time, and he was crazy about his girlfriend. That was the last time it happened. Not fun at all. After that, I thought, when he is fully developed, he is going to get into weight pulling. He excelled in it, and could not wait to compete. It broke his heart when we moved and he had to leave "Daisy" behind. I slept with one eye open for the longest time. |

Set up his camera on automatic picture taking, then take the Razz man out of the car and say to Jean - hey Jean Magic was a bit tired today, so I brought Razz instead. lol lol. Just imagine the looks on all the big dog owner faces

| So, the other day Kacee saw the coyote. But the day before she saw a young doe and she turned around to look at it, gave it one not exactly forceful bark and went on about her business.
