Camden is out of surgery!

I am glad it is over and I just realized that camden was a girl!! duh me anyways I am glad that SHE is out of surgery and now she can recover with her mommy!

Camden is home now! She was hungry and ate some wet food and did potty ok!
She's now trying to rest, but I think it's hard to find a comfortable way to lay.
The hernia was more towards her side. The incision is really long, that was hard to see.
All of the good thoughts and prayers have paid off and we have our baby back home!

Thanks! She's had some wet food this morning and did both at potty this morning. So we were very happy about that!
She's wanting to stay in her crate. I think she wants to be alone and not have the other two bother her.
Wrigley has been sweet! Laying in front of it and trying to kiss her. They both know she doesn't feel well.
I think she's eating better then the other two!

Thanks! She's resting. I hope for a speedy recovery, I just hate seeing them not feeling well!

I'm didn't even see this thread till now, so sorry to hear about this, but I'm so glad Camden is doing well now, surgery is always such a scary thing. Hoping for a speedy recovery.

She didn't eat much yesterday, so we were getting a little concerned. So today when the vet called, he suggested trying boiled chicken & rice and she ate every bite!
She isn't feeling well by any means, but I wouldn't either with seven staples and a long incision!
So many surgeries and too many illnesses this week, rough week for so many!

I'm so glad she ate, that's alway a great sign. You're right this has been a rough week.

I that right after his surgery Hot Rod ate but like a day or 2 after, he stopped eating. We wound up stopping the pain meds and he nibbled but really didn't eat a whole lot like he did the first 2 meals.
