| Dog Whiskers Question I recently learned that some groomers cut around the whiskers and some don't. Which is better? I know that cats use whiskers for balance and such. With dogs, I read somewhere that since they don't have shoulders (I'm sure it's the same with cats), they use the whiskers to see what they can fit through. A friend was telling me the whiskers aren't as important to dogs so it's ok to cut them along with the rest of the face area. Is that true? |
