Kaji doesn't even bark, I doubt he'll howl. Wait... he did howl after his neuter but I think that was because he was in pain. I was running on no sleep so I don't even remember if it was cute or not.

No. He was all relaxed, and then when I howled, he sat bolt upright with his ears perked - but no curiousity, more, "what the h*ll is wrong with you." Then when I stopped, he lay back down and went back to his nap.

He enjoys barking and whimpering, but I guess howling doesn't do it for him.

LOL, it was funny and cute when I saw Gizmo howel. I brought up some fire truck sirens on my laptop and played it for him and he started to howl again! But he didn't like it bc he was crying and howling and then came over to me like he wanted to be protected.

I've heard Alfie howl a couple of times usually it was a protest when he was younger and I'd gone upstairs. Cant imagine Rosie trying it, she has this really funny bark but when she growls it usually comes out as a moan, cant pronounce her Rrrrrrrrs.

that's awesome! My yorkies have never howled, but my last dog (had her from when I was 3 to 18), Tasha (lab/doberman pincher mix) would howl with sirens.

Pebbles heard sirens for the first time last week & sat down in the middle of the driveway & started "howling" . My husband was outside with her & said he laughed until he cried she was so funny!!
