| Had a scare this morning. I really had a scare this morning. I heard Tucker out in the kitchen playing with something and when I went to see what he had I got scared because he had gotten a hold of a pack of my medicine that must have fallen off of th table. Boy was I scared. I wasn't sure if there were any more gone or not but I got the hydrogen peroxide and tried to get him to take some wow was that a battle. I finally got some in him but wasn't sure if he had thrown up or not so I called the emergency vet and they said to watch him. I was already late for work so I went in and came home and checked on him in about an hour and he seemed ok but I still called my vet and told them what I did and what medication he may have taken. They said thankfully it was a medication that wouldn't hurt him thank goodness. Hopefully I didn't give him to much hyd peroxide but I did see that he did throw up so it did work. WOW how very very careful you have to be with anything that they might be able to get into that they shouldn't its very scary. I think he still might be tasting the hyd peroxide or something because he is still kind of coughing a little sometimes but not to bad at least thats what I hope it is. |

| I am glad that Tucker is ok, it is amazing how fast these lil ones can get into things. I had to do more "puppy" proofing my home then when I had to do to "baby" proof the house. |
