If you get denied when you call just keep trying, most customer service reps will do it but a few will not. I called a little while ago to get one for a friend and got rejected, but called again a few minutes ago and got another one! Good luck! | |

| ![]() Spotbots work too well! I used mine on a spot and it cleaned it so good that I ended up having a perfectly round spot of spotless pristine, clean carpet i a large carpet sea of dirt! Anyway, I have the rug shampooer with the heater...I believe it is a hoover. This is a great machine. ![]()

| ![]() I have a Kirby vaccum cleaner w/shampoo attachment. Works great. But for spots I use "urine off w/black light". REALLY great for finding accidents. Just turn off the lights (after dark) run the light around on floor & the urine actually glows. The urine off removes the stain & odor. Even picks up vomit. Bought it at carpet store where I buy my tile cleaner. |

| ![]() I swear by Urine Be gone. It is kinda expensive($15.00 per bottle) but i could not keep my house stink free without it! Not only does it take out the odor but the stain also. ![]()

| ![]() I have a Bissell pro heat..and love it. I use Nature's miracle on urine stains and for pooh (diareah) or vomit I mix up some Oxyclean and pretreat. I have two long haired cats and two dogs and the Bissell works well for us! |
