| Biewer lovers, need help with opinions My friend is wanting to get a biewer (think I have rubbed off on her lol). Anyway, she sent me pictures of this puppy that she is thinking about putting a deposit on. I kind of lean towards the lighter biewers with more white so I am not being very helpful with helping her make a decision. Can you guys please help by giving your opinions? Thank you soooo much.

| I like the ones with more coloring like the one posted. But I dont know much about what a "quality" Biewer is, so I cant comment on that!

| The puppy in those pictures is still pretty young to tell anything about ears, topline and structure. What are your friends' intentions for her Biewer...to breed? To Show? If so, then she should follow the standard If she just wants a loving pet then she should follow her heart. Either way she should consider health first. |

| I like #2 if you are looking for an opinion. He/She looks sweet and the coloring will probably be beautiful.

| The biewer is pretty for a pet, but if she wants to show the black on the leg is a disqualification.

| Here are two links to Breed Clubs , there are many breeders who breed for show and on occasion have pet puppies available Biewer Breed Club of America Inc. BBCA Biewer Breed Club Canada Welcomes you! the color down the leg would actually be a slight color fault, not a DQ

| Thanks so much guys for you input and opinions. I don't know a whole lot about the biewers (other than they are gorgeous!) and am just now trying to learn about them. I haven't really talked to her as far as her intentions. I will find out though.

Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | Personal choice.......... .........so if your friend likes the darker faces, then she should go with what her heart tells her as long as the puppy is healthy & well socialized. I just got my first Biewer this past weekend & have learned that Biewer standard states that the legs must be completely white, so if your friends intends to show, she should keep looking.

| Lighter girl Ok, after I told my friend the responses, she has started reconsidering the first little girl. She sent me pictures of this little girl, which I do like better just because of the coloring, but wanted to see what opinions were from others. (Sorry about the upside down pic. Not sure what happened there. )
