I personally like the one with more black, but that is just me. She has to go with what she likes.

Are these from the same breeder? What registery are the dogs done with?

They are not from the same litter. They have completely different parents. I am not positive, but I THINK IBC.

I like the little girl with more white on her face! My preference would be for the lighter faces but that is just me for whatever that is worth! ;)

I've just started learning about the Biewers and I have to agree I love the ones with more white. The little girl is gorgeous! :)

I'm new on this site , it seems to be a bad thing here to be new. I just wanted to get some info I'm not going sell puppy's here or bash people. I am just wondering about how you show a Biewer when they are not AKC. I don't have anything against non AKC or mixes although I don't own any. All my dogs are purebred and AKC. I have shown Shih Tzu in the past and because I have an illness where I can't brush of the heavy coated breeds. I have changed from Shih Tzu to Yorkie. I like the single coat better. I only keep one Shih Tzu. I was also wanting to know if Biewers have a single coat like the Yorkie or a double coat like Shih Tzu? I only learned about Biewers from the site Sweetyorkiekisses and they looked alot like the party Yorkies. Is this really a different breed or is it the same as Yorkshire Terrier? I tried to look it up and the name appeared to me as Biewer Terrier. Can any give me info without bashing me like the posts I see on here? Sorry for my ignorance.:animal36

Welcome to YT! Don't feel bad about being new here. Everyone was new at one time or another. You will learn a ton on this site. Here is a link to a thread that has a lot of info on the Biewers. Hope this answers some of your questions, I know it did mine. :)

Thank you very much. This thread was very informative and the nicest people on these two threads. The past few days I have seen the most heated posts with really mean bashing comments. Some about noobs and others about scriptures and also mixed breeds. Thanks for your kindness.:D

Biewers are single coated. They can have a cottony coat, a silky coat or a combination.

Biewers show in the rare breed show rings which use AKC judges quite frequently. These venues include ARBA (American Rare Breed Association), NAKC (North American Kennel Club--Rareities), and IABCA (International All Breed Club of America).
