San Francisco Yorkie meetup this Sunday? Anyone going to the SF Yorkie Meetup this Sunday at Treasure Island? We are planning to take Rio as long as it's not raining too hard.

I haven't gotten my puppy yet, but if I did have him, I would love to join one of these meet-ups. I noticed the California board is, well, dead most of the time. How do you find out about yorkie meetups?

Thor's Human Donating Member | I know about two regular yorkie meetups in SF, I think they are on www.meetup.com. There are also meetups in San Jose. I have not heard about this Treasure Island one, though. |

Tomorrow's meetup is the one for the San Francisco Yorkie Meetup - it's just on Treasure Island because the Allyne park (the usual meetup place) in SF is having the grass re-seeded. Here are the details: Sunday February 21 at 1:00 pm Treasure Island Avenue of Palms & 9th Street, I just hope it doesn't rain too hard. A few sprinkles won't be bad, but rain would make it a bad hair day for Rio! @aarnold808 and @QuickSilver - I hope you can make it! Rio would love to meet Teddy and Thor!

I might go, the san jose one is probably not going to follow through because Reed Street dog park is shut down even with little rain. I hope it won't rain hard tomorrow! We are going to Deyoung Museum to see King Tut so maybe we can stop by. We will try to make it!
