| welcome to yt fellow Tennesseean...............have you shaved them........in that pic it sort of looks like he has hair on the tips...........that needs to be kept shaved off............to start off with you shave back to where it is folding........like right behind it...........on these widdle darlings the hair on their ears makes it too heavy for them to hold them up...........also.........you may have to tape them or glue them............i glued Niecy's and it was so so much better than trying to keep tape on them...............let me say..........he is one very good looking widdle man.................absolutely adorable.........ok off topic............what part of TN are you from..............im in the southeastern corner.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Try keeping the hair shaved on his ears and they should come up. He is so cute.

| Shaving the ears and keeping them trimmed will help.

| I got mine when he was 8 weeks and his ears were not up. I did not know to shave the ears and someone told me that when he was around 10 weeks. Once I shaved them, they were up within a day or so. |

| 8 weeks is still a little young for ears to erect. Glad you were able to get the information you needed to help the ears stand.

| Neither of my girls were up by 8 weeks. I think that in some babies that is a little early. They look like they will go up. We didn't tip Gracie's until she was about 4 months and Bristol got hers shaved when she was about 3 months. I would give it a little time. We never taped either. |

| I cut the hair on the edges and back and front in a V. Then, I put masking tape all the way across and held both ears up at the same time. I had to do it ever so often. Now, they stay up. If you want those ears up, that is what worked for me. Janet |

| Massage also helps. I bred yorkies for 20 years and don't believe in taping ears. If they are going to stand they will. Shave and massage should do it |

| Sunshine has one of each his right flops and left stands . His hair has always been short on his ears but that is just the way he is . His Mom's were down and Dad's were up . It gives him character , and he sure is one .

| I agree with the shaving and massaging. My yorkies breeder did this and they were standing at about 6 to 7 weeks of age. |
