| Ike has a bed time - Am i going crazy? My husband and I have been married for almost 3 years and Ike is our first puppy. We do not have children yet - therefore, Ike is and will always be the prince of the house. My friends are always making fun of me because I "do too much" for my "dog". Well, I do not care what they think, they do not have yorkies and they will never understand this crazy love I have for Ike. Anyway, Ike is a very loving puppy. He loves to cuddle and give us kisses. This week we finally figured out that he gets cranky close to his bed time. Is it possible? I have never heard of that. Since I am the one that does the morning routine he got used to my schedule - I wake up at 5 and go to bed around 9:30/10:00. On the weekends, when it is close to 10:00 Ike starts bitting and barking - which he never does. My husband and I started to realize that it just happened close to his bed time. All we need o say is "let's go nite nite" and Ike goes up the stair - to our room - jumps in our bed and lay in his pillow. Am I going crazy? I just think it is the most adorable thing ever. I can never share this with my friends - they would say I lost it completely

| No this is not crazy, and neither are you. I have 3 yorkies and I get up at 5:30 go to bed 9:30 -10:00. They stay in their doggie beds until I get up and at night I say lets go to bed. They each get in their bed, I cover them up and kiss them good night. On weekends if it gets too late they just go to bed and wait. They don't fuss about it. I have a 16 year old son I love, but they are my babies. Everyone I know thinks I am crazy the way me and my husband spoil them It is called PUPPY Love. This is the song I have on my profile page.

| Kacee's bedtime is and has always been around 8:30. But I'm a mean mom and make her work all day, too.

| wow! thank you guys for the support on my "crazyness". By the way, he goes to bed on his pajamas. Do not tell anyone P.S. My husband hates the pj's and take them out in the middle of the night - I know, Ike has crazy parents and yes, we are bad parents for letting him sleeping with us

| I use to have a Siberian Husky that use to get up from the couch everynite at 10pm and sit in front of the stairs wanting to go to bed. It was always 10 pm EXACTLY...my husband seemed to think when he heard the song at the beginning of the news he knew it was 10pm LoL Freaked the hek outta me!

| Rio has a bed time too! We go to bed at 9:30 during the weekdays because we work early (get up at 4:30a). But on the weekends, we tend to stay up later, and Rio will usually try to go to bed (she sleeps on our bed with us) expecting us to follow. When we don't go to bed with her, she'll come out and look at us as if to say, "Well, are you coming to bed or what?!" It's so cute! Sometimes we'll follow her orders and go to bed with her! Other times, we'll just stay in the living room and she'll come back out and snooze on the couch until we're all ready to go to bed. |

| Ohhhhh...yes. My Joey gets VERY ornery when he's tired, and that's usually our cue that it's time to go in the kennel. He starts to growl or bark at any little thing, or nothing at all...little butt. Tank likes his kennel, so he just runs right into it, not even realizing that the bed is the place he's supposed to like, haha. Tank never really gets grumpy, but Joey does do that when he's tired. Oh, and I totally agree - most people think I'm nuts, but my boys are my only "children" (my husband and I haven't had kids yet either), and you kinda have to have them to understand

| I certainly do not need any clocks in my house for dinnertime...at 5:00 pm sharp I had better have my fanny in the kitchen or the gang tells me exactly what they think... even if I am on the phone.. It really is amazing how they know the different time of day...and they do love their schedules...

| Yorkies KNOW their schedules! They have a built in alarm clock! All three of our babies know within five minutes of breakfast, dinner, snack & bed time! Wrigley & Camden will sometimes stare us down if it's past their bedtime and they want us to go to bed!
