YorkieTalk Newbie! | Hellp for Houston Hi everybody: I am Houston's mom. Houston just turned one year one on January 4th. He is larger than he was supposed to be, but there is twice as much to love. Houston loves the snow, and life in general. I do have a couple problems that I can't seem to conquer, so I need some help. Houston has a scratching problem. We have been to the vet, no dandruff, dry skin, coat good. He is on Lamb & Rice, and only treats he gets are Cherrios, animal crackers and some vegetables. We put oil on his food every day. Had his beautiful coat trimmed down to slim, still itching. I have a new shampoo from Melaleuca that contains Tea Tree oil, am going to try this. Help, any suggestions. Houston has two older sisters, not Yorkies. He drives them crazy, wanting to play. I am wondering, lest I get overwhelmed, should I get another Yorkie for Houston. Male or Female, how old. I am thinking that the two older dogs would get a rest. Please let me know what you think, this is all new to me. Our other Yorkie, who has passed, never scratched (same food) and was 13 years old, so she was same age as other dogs. Thanks Houston's mom |

| Where is he doing most of the scratching? Any foot chewing, itchy butt, itchy face? Any signs of damage to his tummy, scaliness , tiny black spots, wrinkley looking patches of skin? Oh and Welcome to YT!
