| Big hair,,,,,,,,,,, HELP This crazy wearther is getting to us. It's freezing one day to hot the next. Today it is so windy and the air is so dry that our skin is all dry and lips are chapped. And all who have long hair,,, my daughters, me and gus have staic big hair. We woke up with our hiar sticking to everything it came close to. No matter how much leave in conditioner I use, I am still getting static. And every time I go to pet Gus I get shocked. I shocked him on the nose and he even yelp. Is there anything I can use on him for this without making his hair look all greasy on these dry windy days?

| When my hair gets static I run a fabric softener sheet over it.

| There is a post somewhere that someone said they put it on the dog and it worked with no ill reactions. Just be careful.

| My youngest daughter was standing behind me just now as I open this thread and can not believe that I shared that pic. In my defence, I have to say there was a big shadow on top of the big hair. Just last week I went to pick my son from school and I past him and and didn't seem him walking. His friend seen me park at the school and told my son that he seem me waiting form him back at the school. My son asked if he was sure it was me and the boy replied,,,,, what other mom drives a white van with big hair, music blasting and a tiny dog looking out the window?

| Oy Vey! Me with the scrawny, thin pitiful hair would LOVE to have your big, gorgeous, full hair, Latuya. ( I'm even more amused since you told us what Latuya means- I won't tell my grandma if you won't tell yours!!!) And Villette - I don't even want to hear you fuss about your curls because with scrawny, thin, pitiful and STRAIGHT hair, I'd trade you in a minute!!! We always want what we ain't got!!!
