I have had different experiences with studding males. I studded my first yorkie, Simon, out to my aunt about 4 years ago and he was a perfect gentleman after the fact. His behavior didn't change, and he didn't pee all over everything, however, when I got my second little boy, Carrick (Simon's son) and studded him out there was suddenly a terrible rivalry, no peeing barred. For the two of them, they became poorly behaved potty wise only upon being introduced to another male (little Bender is like that now, and he has never done the deed). I think it is different with each dog, but if you happen to have 2 males, chances are you'll need to get them neutered, or have pee all over everything, whether you stud them out or not.

But I wouldn't give the pup up at all, it would be mine. I would want a boy or If there were no boys, I'd consider a girl. but I wouldn't get her for breeding purposes. I wouldn't want her to have babies. I'd be her one and only baby. considering our dogs own us, not us own them. lol.

Yes, But I want one with Tiggers sweet, enthusiatic personality, and Trixies shy, laid back personality. They both are such sweet dogs. but just so y'all know I'm leaning more towards neutering, considering we've only meant trixie once. to me that's not enough time to establish a personal relationship with the others who would be involved. and well, I don't feel right about studding out Tigger.

That’s interesting maybe that is what is happening with Dennis. Whenever my friend’s male dog comes over Dennis pee’s all over. First it was just on the pee pads, but now he is lifting his leg and he is only 6 months old. I am not sure if I will neuter or not and as you said, that sometimes it just doesn’t matter which makes me all the more unsure what to do.
