| My Lillie Jo gets spayed next Saturday! Momma can't sleep! My little girl goes in for her spaying next Friday (night onto) Saturday. I called about 4 different vets to make sure I was going to the right place to get her done and her actual vet is the one that makes me feel the most secure. I hate the fact I have to leave her over night but if something happens, i know they will be able to do something, not me. Shes a tiny little thing at 4lbs exactly...and I know shes super tough and healthy, just the fact that that little baby has to go under makes me nervous. My fiance and I were talking last night on how sad we were that she'll never be a Momma herself, but neither of us know the first thing about breeding and would never put her through that. If you read this, please keep her (and us) in your prayers that everything goes smoothly. I don't know how I will function without her there that day. She goes EVERYWHERE with me.

| She is in my prayers, and you too! I know how you are feeling bc I just get sick to my stomache thinking about Pixie and her spaying. She doesn't go until march and I am already dreading it.

| I totally understand what you are going thru. Maggie May was just under 3 lbs when she got spayed and I was a nervous wreck. She fine. She was out of it for about 2 days and then she was fine. She was in a little bit of pain the first night so talk with your vet about pain meds, dosage and when you can give her additional dosage if she should be in pain. We'll be sending you hugs and good thoughts and prayers. If you are considering having use an e-collar, click on the link in my signature...this might make her a bit more comfortable in her recovery.

| Just wanted to let you know that I had my little Lucy spayed yesterday. SHe is 4 pounds too.... so little! She is doing great today! We didn't have to leave her overnight.... last night she was really sick and unhappy, but today she is doing so much better. Getting pain meds for her made a HUGE difference. I know that some vets don't recommend pain meds, but I think that is crazy and you should totally ask for some. This morning Lucy was crying and shaking cause she was in pain and as soon as we gave her some meds she was doing SO much better. i was a WRECK before her spay.... so I totally know where you are coming from. I talked to the vet for like 30 minutes before her appointment- I was a mess.... I was so nervous! Don't worry though..... everything will go great

| I will keep you both in my prayers. After what happened to my Chloe, I will be an absolute TRAIN WRECK if and when I have to get another dog fixed. Just try to stay positive and give that baby as many hugs and kisses as possible before you drop her off. *hugs*

| Thanks for everyones concern! Lillie did great! I just called the vet to check on her---been a nervous wreck all day, and they said that she's acting like nothing ever happened! (Which means that she's wound up as usual!) Thank God! I can go eat and sleep now hahaha!

| I know how you feel! When my little guy went in (nov.13) I was so scared I started crying my eyes out, right in the Vets office, He was only 4 lbs. then also. A few days before I took him in, a neighbor told me that was the vet's office that lost a yorkie last summer. So I asked about this & the vet said it was true. I guess they took it outside to pee & somehow it got away. They never did find it. I almost backed out of the appointment. I told them when I dropped my baby off, under no circumstances could they take him outside. He is trained to a pee pad & that is what I wanted them to use. I didn't have to leave him overnight either and he was gulping down his supper at 5:30 pm right on schedule. |

| I know how you feel Sage got spayed in Nov. and I was a mess. But she did fine. Just sleep and had a little water. I'm sure Lillie Jo will do just fine, she's in my prayers.
