| ![]() Welcome to YT. Yes, you do want a second opinion on the LP - if that is what they were speaking of. I had a chi many, many moons ago and the vet told me the same thing, but no, she didn't need the surgery, either. She never had a problem at all during her life.

| ![]() Welcome...and thanks for posting this. I have two pups...3 weeks a part...I couldn't leave with just one. They fight as well...I feel like I stopped them all the time. I am glad to hear it's normal...we have had no blood so I think they are safe. ![]() |

| ![]() Congrats on the new puppies!!! I can't help at all with the knee problem. I can tell you that the humping won't necessarily stop after neutering. It is more likely a dominance thing. My little Duke started that with our older dog almost right after we brought him home, and hasn't stopped since being neutered. We actually find it hysterical at home cause our older dog is a lab/chow mix at 65lb. Duke rides her tail like a carnival ride ![]() They will romp and play together that is normal. Good Luck!!
