She could be right here beside me on the couch, I could set chips down and she doesn't even look at them.
I getting ready to schedule her for a teeth cleaning and I will ask about the surgar thing too. So, she really doesn't get any sugar from other food sources.
Great ideas, thanks for the advice. | I don't feed any klibble, whatsoever...I rotate between pre-made raw...I use Primal, Stella & Chewys, Bravo, Nature's Variety (this is not my fav), and I change up proteins each time...one time beef, then chicken, then duck, then turkey...etc. etc. etc....My Apple wouldn't eat ANYTHING, before switching to raw, unless I put broth on it, or yogurt, or scrambled egg...She dances in circles for her raw...Only thing is, she's only 4 lbs. 14 oz., so she only gets one ounce, per meal, and she always looks up at me, like "where's the rest"...I give her dried apple slices for potty treats, and green beans, just because she likes them....If I'm fixin' a salad, I give them a few spinach leaves (raw and organic)...They don't have doggy odor, they're breath is nice, and I'm looking forward to a good dental next year |
