go onto Twitter and look her up she's ranting and raving twenty-four seven about all kinds of things. She's crazy. But really as a family in a state {the Johnsons} that doesn't recongise same sex marrieges and Casey's will all her things animal or not go to her family. Not some questionable at best nut.

Yes, Casey and Tila were a couple. I think now that there is enough publicity on this issue, incuding that video yesterday, that the dogs should be fine, at least from the perspective of not being put down. Getting the love and attention that they deserve is another issue.

I did not see the previous post about what happens to your dogs if you die. That is such an impotant thing to think about, even if the risk is highly remote, and I intend to get a promise from someone in my family about that.

Since Casey's family is extremely wealthy, and Johnson and Johnson is owned by the family, could you imagine the terrible publicity they would get if the dogs were killed? I know that I wouldn't be buying any "liquid pledge" any time soon, so that's why I figure they will be fine! Mabybe Paris could add them to her pack, after all, she must have "people" to take care of her fashion accessories when not in use.

My assumption is that the family and/or friends wanted the dogs. I had heard that Tila wanted assurances that the dogs wouldn't be put to sleep because she feared the family would euthanize the dogs to be buried with Casey.

Casey was buried yesterday, so hopefully that isn't the issue.

Perhaps it was an assumption? I thought I'd heard that it had been a suicide. She was on a lot of drugs, most of which were deadly if taken in combination. Supposedly (according to TMZ last night), her family had a limo parked outside her gate 24/7 to take her to a rehab center at any time she decided to get help. She didn't want to go ...

yes that's right. She had type 1 diabetes since childhood. It is known she was a drug addict and her family cut her off, she did not have any money. The coroner has ruled out foul play. She died of natural causes, just like Britany Murphy, but that doesn't mean drugs were not in her system. natural causes just means not homicide, murder, suicide, etc, that the body just stopped working for whatever reason or another.

Casey actually had adopted a baby girl from Khazikstan (sp) and her family has custody of the child b/c they felt she was unfit to raise it.

The yorkie (Elvis) and the poodle have certainly found a better home now. Casey and Tila's flat looked like a junkyard, it was terrible. The Johnson family confirmed that the dogs are fine:
