| Captain Jack Sparrow loves to sit on my husband's shoulder while he is watching TV. I guess his name definitely fits him.

| Yes-one of mine occasionally does the same thing. He's also little. I think he does it in part to have some close one-on-one time with me away from his big brother. |

| Bella likes to crawl up and sleep on my neck. I think it keeps her warm.

| Brooklynn does this sometimes, the other thing she will do is sit on my uhem Chest with her back end in my face. Or, she likes to lay on me, like she is my scarf. Its funny the things they do!

| Hah, yes, Galahad does this all the time! It doesn't matter where I'm sitting, he'll come perch on my shoulder for a few minutes, sometimes longer. When I'm at the computer, if he's not tired and laying in his bed under the desk, he'll whine at me to pick him up. Once I do, he climbs up my chest onto my shoulder and just sits there, watching the screen and occasionally licks my ear or hair. He'll perch on my shoulder and watch TV in the evenings too. It's cute, but it can be annoying when he's got the wiggles haha.

| Gypsy prefers my lap, but my boston terrier does this. Much rather it be Gypsy as she is 5.5 lbs and Sophie is about 10 lbs and growing.

| I wasnt going to reply since so many have already confirmed that perching is a normal yorkie thing to do, but I thought it ironic that my female Yorkie is on my shoulder now as I type. She loves it up there, and she is quite the athelete, and very persistant if I don't let her up. My previous male (now passed away) would insist on sitting on my shoulder in the car, yes, he should have been in a car seat but put up such a fuss I would not always deal with it. My other yorkies does not even like to sit on my lap unless he's exhausted. So all are different. Ms Daisy really like the view from the top! |

| Another thing my little guy will do is hop on my back and try to get comfy when I'm doing pilates, push ups or other miscellaneous exercises. I'll just take it all as a sign of his love! But he amazes me everyday with his antics |
