Yes I am, thank you for asking! Believe it or not, I am steadily busy with my Sweeney Todd costumes. That movie did not do that well, box office speaking, but amongst us "nerds" it is a VERY popular costume! I just got 2 commissions for the Sweeney, and 2 possible ones in the future, for Halloween 2010 already! At least I am busy on something! Shop= minus money, but costumes= income, so it KIND OF balances out. Still broke, but bills are getting paid, and Uni is getting fed, that's all that matters, right?

Oh "nerds" I meant me and my clients LOL!!!

Mia will be starting puppy class since she finally has all of her shots. Eventually I want her to start agility class, but we will have to get thru obedience classes, if she feels up to it. LOL

*sigh* no That's my dream is to work in movies. I have worked on a commercial before, but that's more styling and not costume design. Most tv shows and commercials you just kind of "shop" for a look. But for a big scale movie, they produce the fabric, design and create costumes, do fittings (my favorite) etc. So until then, I do it by myself.

Who do you use for that? I am in Dallas and would love to find someone. Any pointers?

Starr is attending classes at Support Dogs Incorporated. They train dogs to work with various organizations, such as hospitals and the disabled. These courses are offered at various times and days.

The classes have been a big help for Starr and us. We learned quite a large amount from the classes.
