| ![]() Good to know I am not the only one going through this. Okay so now I have another worry, lets see if I can pick your brain on this one. Philly made a stink stink on the floor yesterday and it had a long white worm ..looked online and they said it's probably hook rooms and most puppies have them , so made her a Vet appt. for day after tomorrow my concern is though can my kids get it by her licking them? Any thoughts? Also do you know how to post the little postcards people send ? Or the Avatars?

I was lucky all mine got along right away, but I just fostered a pom puppy and she was high energy and my Roxie, the newest of mine, did not like her at first and would go after her. By the 3rd week she was taking her toys to the puppy wanting to play and letting the puppy snuggle up with her. Just as they were getting along so great, the puppy found her forever home.

Did you try calling your vet just to see if you can bring them a stool sample right away? You might be able to find out tonight or tomorrow morning and get treatment for the puppy sooner.

| ![]() Update on my dogs getting along. Dallas is coming around slowly but surely. He and Little Philly will play tug of war , and they run around together outside , I have even had both of them take a nap w/ me today on the couch and Dallas came up to her while she was sleeping and licked her and smelled her. YAAAAA! Maybe a couple more weeks and we will all be one big happy Yorkie family! Thanks all again for your support!Super happy I found you. ![]()

| ![]() Yep just takes time. I'm sitting at the computer right now with two on my lap. My older one Belle and one of my pups Bailey. About a 1/2 hour ago it was Belle and Cinnamon (the one Belle didn;'t like as much in the beginning ![]() I try to type and pet each of them at the same time. This cuddle at the computer thing seems to have helped them too. Its so cute to have them sleeping curled up together on my lap. I think I need a bigger lap. hahaha NOT....gotta keep on that New Years diet. ![]()

| ![]() My Gracie is 9 months old and has definitely ruled the roost. We brought little sis home almost 3 weeks ago. At first Gracie growled and wouldn't share her food, her toys, or her bed but I am pleased to say she is coming around nicely. They play and share toys and can BOTH sit on my lap at the same time now without Gracie growling. Little sis didn't notice how rude Gracie was being but Mom sure did. I just made sure to give Gracie plenty of one on one time and praise. I did scold her when she was naughty with the baby. So happy that the transition has been so quick. We were hopeful since Gracie is only 9 months that they would be buds. Someone told me if they were several years apart the older would act like a mom rather than if they were close in age they would be like friends. That was part of our decision to add a second at this time. Yippee!! |

Donating YT 11K Club Member | ![]() It takes a while for some dogs, especially if they've been the only dog in the house for a long time. For me..like I remember when i first got Sophie..Teddy and London were like around a yr old. They actually liked her right away and wanted to play. Sophie was like 6 mos old. London took to her right away. But now I have little Olivia who just wants to play and London just looks at her like back up girl lol London is very playful but she doesnt want to play with olivia just yet. I think it will take some time. Meanwhile all Teddy wants to do is smell her lol. After they adjust and realize they are all here to stay they will get more comfy with each other
