| Walkies At what age did you first take your yorkie out for a walk on the lead? Although Alfie is 13 weeks and has had his injections and can now go out, we have had snow and ice here and therefore I am reluctant to take him out on a lead at the moment. He is being socialised by taking him out carrying him places so he can meet people and experience new things. |

| I put Jackson on a leash as soon as I got him at 9 weeks old to get him used to the harness & leash. Plus I don't have a fence so we had to go out for potty.

| Daisy came to us in December and it was too cold for her to go out yet, so I just put the leash on her a couple times a day until she got used to it. Then we would take little walks around the house. I did try to take her out once and she just stood there and wouldn't move. She is 2 now and loves to go out in the cold.

| I agree, put their leach and harness on around the house for a little while each day. As soon as the weather gets better you can take your baby on a walk. I would be nervous when it is super cold outside and they are so tiny because they can get so cold and it's harder for them to warm up. |
