I just have two suggestions. Actually three. First, maybe someone here will respond to your plea! Second, another breeder in the area may be willing and third, your vet can board her. Good luck - what does she weigh now? CJ | |

| I wish I lived closer.. I would LOVE to puppy sit for you!! I find myself in the same situation often as I have a 10 ounce 14 week old Chihuahua that has to have her feeding closely monitored and my son is very active in baseball. We travel often on weekends and it is like an act of Congress to get the animals situated! We can take the Yorkies with us most trips, but Callie is such a new addition and has to be cared for much more intently, it has posed a problem in the past. Good luck with it and let us know what you decide to do! |

| I would take her in a heart beat. She would be fun to have around a few days, but I live in Cali. Why not take her on your trip? Coco is small enough that I just stick her in a stroller or her carrier and take her everywhere. That's what I would do.

| What does it mean for your puppy to have a cleft lip? Do you have to feed her in a special way? I know what a cleft lip is, but why is it difficult to care for her? Just wondering.

| she also has a partial cleft pallatte.....right now we are bottle feeding her..which is kinda hard because with the lip she doesn't have very good suction...but it is getting better..As far as taking her with us...we are doing alot of the florida things...Sea World..Universal...Busch Gardens...which would be too hard to take her...and I can't leave her alone for that long in the condo....and I have develop very stong protective feelings for her so I know I won't be able to trust just anybody with her....the people that belong to this web site are so loving and sooo knowledgeable and I know they absolutely love their pets or they wouldn't be here so that why I was reaching out to you YT people..... |

Yorkie Lover Donating Member | I would check around to see if you have any pet hotels or doggie day care places that would be willing to take her in for the week....they are usually reasonably priced and always take really good care of little ones!!! This might make you feel better to know someone is watching her 24/7!!
