| I thought Yorkies did not like the cold What is wrong with Buddy? One of the reasons I like the breed was because it was small, so much for that, another was it was a house dog. So much for that as well. It's cold out and the colder the better he seems to enjoy being outdoors. It's driving me nut's. I have to drag him back in after a 15-20min walk in the bitter cold. It was 19 degrees out this am, I was freezing he was pulling me along like it was 80 degrees. His paper's state Yorkie, he looks like a Yorkie but could he really be Siberan Husky in disguise? Everything he suppose to be he's not I know there's always an exception to the rule but why does he have them all Good thing I love this big boy |

| Buddy sounds like a healthy, energetic little guy. I think it's great that he is comfortable with the cold weather we get. Sophie doesn't seem to mind it at all. Our previous yorkie, Baby, didn't like the cold or wet and it was a problem at potty time but Sophie seems to love the cooler weather, like Buddy. Sophie waits by the door to go potty outside no matter how cold it is. She hops around in the snow and puts her face in it and comes up with a totally white face and zoom, zoom, zooms...

I could only wish! That was my thought when I bought him. I wouldn't have to worry about getting him out in the bitter cold and snow and ice. It turned out he was a bigger boy so walking was a neccessity but to actually enjoy being out in the bitter cold it crazy! I keep telling him he's not suppose to enjoy the cold but he dosen't care. It's nut's!

| Buddy and Maximo must come from the same stock. Max doesn't care how cold or wet it is outside -- he wants to go for his mile or two mile long walk. Max wants to go right now, but I am waiting for temperature to hit at least 35 degrees. |

Well, I have to say it's nice to see I have company here. Amazing just how much some do really enjoy the cold and snow. Ok, I guess he's not such an odd-ball afterall.

| I have one of each . . . Brody hates the rain, snow, wind, cold . . .Brody needs a bright sunny day where he can bask in the glow of the warmth. If it is a cloudy day, no matter the time of year, he will sit there and put on his pathetic face and all you have to do is say the word "chilly" and he starts to shiver . . . Rhianna LOVES the cold . . .doesn't care if it is raining, snowing, etc . . she is always ready to go outside to potty no matter what . . .she thinks Brody is a big whimp! I truly think that Brody should have been a little girl and Rhianna should of been the boy . . .

| Jackson loves it, too. He would prefer to spend ALL day outside if he could... he doesn't really care about the temperature. He does GET cold... he will shiver if he's not active (and he's almost 13lbs) but he doesn't mind it. I also have to drag him inside. I still rough out the dog park for him, even when it snowed last week, because he needs the exercise so desperately. Crazy dog! He is such a nature dog... he would much prefer to be spending his day in the mud, snow, woods, and farmlands near our house. He's a great dog to go jogging/walking with, hiking, shoot.. he'd even love to accompany someone hunting! He thinks he's a Lab. In the summers, he will jump right into my dad's pool, no questions asked!

OMG he sounds like Buddy soulmate! Well I have to say it does make me feel better to know there are other's like Buddy. All my neighbors Yorkies prefer the indoors. I also thought Bud would have been a great campanign for a male since he like to do so many outdoor activities and he stuck with me.
