| AWE now I feel sorry for Cowboy I just saw the cutest Yorkie boy for sale up the street. He had so much hair compared to poor scraggly Cowboy that I felt bad. His hair was so shiny and soft and he actually had alot of it,while Cowboy has scraggly messy thin hair. . I feel bad for thinking this way but I can't help it SIGH well Cowboy is a real Love Bug and hasn't anything but love and kindness in him. He even steps aside and watches the little girl Pomchi I have in rescue eat first and then takes his turn. He is SUCH a GENTLEMAN.

I think what you were thinking is a normal thing for us - I know I've seen some yorkies and think to myself...Ahhhhhhh...I would love one like THAT....but then I remember how totally much I love my girls and snap back to reality. Your Cowboy is your little angel and he knows how much you love him - that's all that counts. | |

| Ah, but remember the story about the ugly duckling..........who turned into the beautiful swan. Maybe Cowboy will turn out to be that swan and even if he is not swan-like on the outside, it sounds like he is already a beautiful swan on the inside!

| Cowboy is just as special if not more, because he loves you. As I just told my kids, hair is not everything. One of our sons takes after my husband, our other son takes after me. Lets just say the one who takes after me is really happy, the other one is going to be bald one day.

| If any of my skinbabies end up like me in the hair department they will be the unhappy one . My teenage daughter is always cursing me about passing down the thin hair gene. Their father has a full head of hair and it looks like it will stay thay way . Oh yeah he is also still thin without the middle age paunch...sighhhhhhhhhh..... what happened to ME

| I do understand what you are feeling. However, your Cowboy probalby has a LOT of characteristics that others envy. I just named my new pup K-9 Cowboy and have never heard of a pet named Cowboy before. When I saw your post I thought you felt bad for my pup for some reason (LOL!). |
