| Getting along with the cat at last It's only taken 9 months but one of my cats has finally decided that George isn't too bad after all as long as she dosn't run. Anyway last night at bed time, the lights go off and hubby and I say "come on bedtime" to George and Womble (my cat) so they both come trotting upstairs only to stop half way, anyway we left them to sort it out and we hop in bed and turn off the lights, I'm just drifting off and George starts moaning and making funny little noises, I tell him to shhh come to bed and leave Womble alone but still he carries on whining and moaning, then little barks, so up I get and turn the light on look down the stairs and find that the cat (who is huge) has stretched out right across the stair way and George couldn't get up or over her, so I pushed her over a bit and George was up those stairs like lighting, so pleased, kisses for Mum and Dad, jumps in his little nest next to my pillow and promptly falls asleep, it was just so cute I wanted to share it with you. My other cat will be a different story, he had a hard life before we got him so I don't think they'll ever get on, even though he could flatten George just by sitting on him.
