| Bella was spayed yesterday She is doing fine. However, last night as the anesthesia was wearing off and before it was time for her pain pill, she was making sounds that I never imagined a dog could make. If she wasn't in pain it would have been funny, but as it was, it was pitiful. Fortunately, after her pain pill she settled down for a long nights sleep. Her cairn brother Max, was very sweet to her when she came home. Normallly they play pretty actively, but when she came home, he just gave her kisses and lay by side until she went to sleep. (He never does this) This morning, she is up and about and even a little frisky. I know that after I had surgery, the last thing I wanted to do was run around. Amazing how fast they recover. Trying to keep her from getting too active even thought the vet said she could pretty much do whatever she normally does once she is no longer groggy. As I was typing this, the vet just called to check up on her. He was glad to hear she was up and about.
