I am here! ( While working, but shhhh) no crowds for me, however, at 3pm I am going shopping my boyfriend's mom to get an outfit for their cousins wedding on 12/11/09, should be interesting!

im at home with the kids this morning we went to the library and we chased down a stray dog when we caught it a man came out of his truck and yelled at us told us to leave his dog alone when asked why dog was alone he told us it was to cold for him to be out walking he just lets the out the door and follows it in the truck some times i hate people

I walked in Walmart at 8 am and walked right back out...a 2-3 hour wait to CHECK OUT!! No way!!

Sounds like your experience was like mine.....we headed to Old Navy at 3am, only to find the line about 100 people long outside.....and a line for the checkout inside almost the same....they had opened at midnight (not advertised) and were basically sold out of most of the best sale items (from what we could see through the window and told by those that were getting in and coming right back out)........so we headed to Kohls at 4am and by the time we got in the store the lines were wrapped to the back of the store to check out so we just walked out......drove past Target & Best Buy (which opened at 5am) as we were leaving and their lines outside were so unreasonable it just made us laugh and go home and get back in bed!! Beyond crazy!!!!!!!!!!

It is 1:00pm and I am still in my jammies (although Bonnie and I got up this am @ 6:30). She as been sitting in my lap or beside me all morning.
I did put my house back in order and cleaned up my kitchen. (YEAH, I did go to bed with a messy kitchen) I hosted Thanksgiving for 20. They arrived at 10:30am and the last one left at 4:30. I had one overnight guest (DS's GF) and they were making salsa and cookies right up to bedtime.
I did Black Friday once, that was enough for me.

Oh, did I mention that the reason I am still in my jammies is because I am parked in front of the TV watching "Real Housewives of NJ"? WOW is all I can say. I have never seen this show before. I have been mesmerized

i don't really like stores to begin with, i get overwhelmed very easily, so i'm home all cozy with the hubbie, sons and Smokey.

I do my shopping on Cyber Monday. Thats this coming monday and you can find better deals online than Black Friday..

I'm thinking I will be doing some shopping that day too.I'm still in a cast and crutches so it is very hard to shop.Plus it seems like when I go shopping most of the rude people are out and its very upsetting.

I stayed away from stores today. No way could I get hubby into stores today. I ordered a pressure cooker for mom at dad's order on Thanksgiving day. I have been watching Say Yes To The Dress marathon today. Love that show. I did get him to take me to Wendy's for a hamburger though

No more Black friday shopping for me Ever! Too many crazies. Spent the day babysitting my 7 yr old randson who I adore and hanging out with my chi Lindsay. Am saving the big bucks for my yorkie puppy who should be born very soon!

Call me dedicated...or crazy! LOL

My friend and I started a tradition a few years ago and each 'black friday' we head to the Turkey Creek shopping center in Knoxville. I got up at 2:30 a.m. and we went to WalMart, Target, Kirkland's, Best Buy, Victoria's Secret(for me

) and Marshall's.(This was were I found some cute stuff for my furry girls!)
We keep good spirits about it all and enjoy a girls day out.

No shopping for us but we did go to the Renaissance Festival. That was a lot of fun! I think next year we are going to camp out near the Ren Fest and dress up too.
