| those of you who have ordered from tinkerbells closet I heard about this site from yt and everything is so adorable on there Ive looked a few different times and finally on Oct. 3 decided to order 2 dresses for my baby girls in hopes that they would be able to wear them for my boyfriends birthday party. Well his birthday was yesterday and sadly they didnt make it in time. On the website it says 4-6 weeks but its been almost 8. And we are so anxious to receive these little dresses for our girls. I wrote an email 2 days ago inquiring about the order and I havent heard back yet =( Does anyone else know how long it usually takes to receive items from this company?

| nope, have not ordered from there, do they have a customer service number to call. I would call them and inquire about your order, it shouldn't take that long from anywhere, is it in the US?

Donating YT 10K Club Member | So long yours isn't the first complaint on extremely slow shipping and non-existent customer service. If you charged your purchase, contact your credit card provider. If you paid via paypal...you only had 45 days to dispute and unfortunately that time period has lapsed.

| I ordered something around the same time, and I haven't gotten mine yet. I contacted Shana and she responded to my email the next day. She sews most things herself and I think she may be a little behind. This was on the 11/9 and I placed the order on 10/7. The email said she makes them in the order she receives them and there were a few ahead of mine and she would get it out as soon as she could. I know her dresses and clothes are very well made and she takes her time with them, so I'm willing to wait for a while. I was expecting them to be shipped at 6 weeks since they are handmade so that only puts her 2 weeks behind, which for quality handmade things that's not terrible IMO. I would say you should get yours soon, if not I would email her again. She may be busy sewing, and I hope nothing has happened to her or anyone in her family. |

| Someone else on here never got their things they ordered. I would never order from her because of the slow shipping and the lack of communication

| I have ordered things from Tinkerbell's closet twice. The things are very cute and well made. But, it did take a very, very long time to receive. Hope you get your order soon.

| When I was ordering from her I got received my things pretty quickly. At that time she had a helper and I don't know if that is the case any longer. As far as I'm concerned she make some of the best quality clothes. This was before she had her baby and she may be much busier now |

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | In the past, I placed several decently sized orders with Shana. My first was good, the second was fair. Then after that it was just unacceptable. I gave way more than the time she required and then some. When I did finally get the order, the vests that I ordered for my male were too small. He never got to wear them. She took forever to respond. This was maybe a year ago. I know at the time several people had the same issues. At first it was because she had the baby and then she lost her helper. That is all good but if your running a business then you need to be able to keep up with your orders or just put a halt to new orders and fill what you have already. Shana is a nice person but the turn around was unacceptable as a few of the things in my order were ready made from an outside vendor (step-in leash). So to make a long story short I won't order from her again. I wish you the best of luck in getting your things.

| I've still not gotten mine either and I'm now afraid that what I ordered won't even fit Sophie anymore. |

| I ordered a few months ago and it too forever for my things to be shipped well over the 6 weeks and probably closer to 10 weeks. It was not a custom order but a few sweaters. I don't think I will be ordering from TC again. It just too way too long for the shipping and I had to follow up after weeks of waiting. Just not very good costumer service and lacking in communication.
