In the past, I placed several decently sized orders with Shana. My first was good, the second was fair. Then after that it was just unacceptable. I gave way more than the time she required and then some. When I did finally get the order, the vests that I ordered for my male were too small. He never got to wear them. She took forever to respond. This was maybe a year ago. I know at the time several people had the same issues. At first it was because she had the baby and then she lost her helper. That is all good but if your running a business then you need to be able to keep up with your orders or just put a halt to new orders and fill what you have already.

Shana is a nice person but the turn around was unacceptable as a few of the things in my order were ready made from an outside vendor (step-in leash). So to make a long story short I won't order from her again.
