| Help with top knot! Okay, I have tried everything. Penny has such sparse hair, if I put her top knot up with just one band it all comes out as soon as she shakes. Other than bands, can I get this hair to stay up any other way? Here is a photo of how I do her hair, I change the bands everyday, if I don't it gets knotted. I've been a groomer for 33 years, but never had a yorkie to worry about, always had poodles. Here is a photo of how I do her head. She hates her hair being done and her photo being taken, so she looks distraught!

| Someone posted under the "Yorkie Products and Reviews" forum, for Snap on Bows. Maybe you can check out this forum. It says the bows stay even in thin hair. Hope this helps! |

| I have bands that I cut out, I don't pull them out. I just wish there were something I could use that won't come out that would hold their hair down.

| Her hair looks adorable like that. I too was cutting out bands until I found the snap on bows on Etsy.com. I bought some to try, and they word great! NO tangles after being in all day! I bought supplies and now, will make my own, not to save money, but for fun, I will let you know how that goes! I would suggest you buy a couple from Etsy and see what you think, it is worth a try! |
