Can dogs see spirits (ghosts)?

Last night after I switched off the lights she didn't bark!
I guess she likes sleeping in the new small crate which I put in the living room, maybe she felt more secure than sleeping in the big crate out there ))

But to answer your first question, yes - I believe that dogs can see and/or sense ghosts. I've seen too many dogs sit on the floor, wagging their tails and giving happy barks at empty space and bare walls. I've also seen them hunker down, growling with their hair standing on end at "nothing". .. I have had this happen with both my cats and dogs!! At different houses as well, so I truly believe they see ghost!!

I hope you figure out what's bothering your dog, but it sounds more like she saw something she was afraid of, like snake or spider. She's probably very aware that she's trapped in the crate and can't get away, whereas most snakes and spiders can get to HER!

I am not sure if I believe in ghosts and spirits, and I will always opt for a more "earthly" or scientific explaination. However, I am scared of the dark. I just assume that Buddy will bark if there are any scary munsters (yes, "munsters") floating around under the bed or in the atmosphere.

i most def believe in spirits and i also believe that dogs can sense them. i would let my little furbaby sleep in bed with me
