| Dog Flu!!!! So Has anyone heard about this? I think there was a thread started awhile back!! Well tonight on the news they said that they think they found a few cases here in oklahoma!! I think bentley is gonna be on lock down for awhile!! No more doggie parks until they figure out something to prevent it! Is anyone else worried about this??

| there is an article in the news section of this site about this, but it says only 1-10% (baby and elderly dogs more towards the 10) die from this ..... it seems like You have more of a chance of getting in a car accident then youre dog getting this illness and dieing.... dont get me wrong, i dont want my baby to get sick and whatnot, but the statistics seem a little "off" for such a "feared" virus |

| i've heard about this. it is really scary. i pray all of our babies on yt will not encounter the dog flu. i too have my babies on a "lock down" for the time being. no trips to petsmart especially. so many dogs come in and out of there a day, that i even take my shoes off outside before coming into the house when i do go there. and the vets....we just have to be extra careful right now. |

| I am really worried about this flu. We have dogs that run loose in our neighborhood sometimes. I am not taking my dogs to any dog parks or out around any dogs until I hear they have some control over this.
