Oh no. I hope you find her.

Speaking of losing a dog in the house. I had a yorkie called Murphy (taken over from when my mom passed) and we were working on our hardwoods and had removed the floor vents. We looked for 40 minutes then realized he had fallen into the vent (he was blind) and my husband went to the basement and felt along the ventilation and found him crawling around. He had to cut him out. It was scary.

Did she have any repairmen or anyone come by the house. Was there an obvious break in like windows busted or a door busted open or was the house left unlock.

....sorry...hubs a retired cop...and my detective side kicks in....

this is why we should all continue to tell people to microchip, i didn't do for Sadie because i was scared of her getting lost, i did it in case i had to prove she was my dog and not some lying thieves!!

i pray to God that isn't what has happened. i'm really praying she's just over at a neighbors house and will be home when Jen gets back today!!

house was unlocked! it's a terrible tragedy that we can't be sure if someone might have walked right in and grabbed her!? she does have two big dogs that should have protected Jaz though, a lab/chow and a german shep/chow

don't you think they would have caused a ruckus or something??

Well they were definately brave taking her from a house with 2 big dogs. I hope she gets found. Keep us updated.

BTW, YP above stands for Yorkie Prayers, it's just the group name for the candles so we can all stay together in our prayers. it's not a link to another forum sorry for the confusion.

Has she noticed anyone taking an 'unhealthy' interest in Jaz recently?
Thats happened to me a couple of times...always makes me nervous..especially when they ask where you live...i never give details away...you just can't trust anyone anymore.

This is just terrible. So very sad. Rachael, I never thought about a microchip helping prove the dog belongs to you, that is a very good thought. Prayers here.
