| Morkie is TV watcher Does anyone else have a baby that watches TV? My husband and I just can't believe it how much she watches. She loves Wheel of Fortune and stands and follows Vanna back and forth. We can't decide if she likes sports or really hates them as she barks and jumps at the TV and gets in the chair next to the TV so she can reach over and try to bite the people or the ball. We had to put a baby gate in front of the TV cause she jumps and hits the buttons and either changes channels, adjusts the color or the volume. It's beginning to be a real problem and we just don't know what to do. She expecially likes commercials and infomercials..thank God she can't dial the phone or use my credit card! Any one with advice. Trying to tell dh that the only solution is a TV (big screen) mounted on the wall so she can't reach it. Not really making any progres there so any other suggestions will be welcome. |

| That is so cute. I don't know about a steady watcher, but I did notice Maya kinda glued to ET last night.

| Pippin watches TV. When he was a puppy his x-pen was in the living room. When we would go to work my daughter would put on cartoons for him. He notices, and barks at animals on TV even if they haven't made a sound. He's not crazy about men on TV either, but he has never tried to jump at the TV. I don't have any advice. I understand about your concerns for the TV, or that she could get hurt, but I have to say she sounds too cute. Good luck!!!! |

| Duchess is a big tv watcher. Ive never seen a dog watch tv the way she does. Ever since she was a puppy and her first movie was Lady and the Tramp she sat on the edge of our bed nodding and turning her head side to side like she was really into it. When the dogs barked so did she. Now she's older and still watches. My favorite to watch with her is the Eukanuba Dog Shows. She runs around to the back of the tv as if the dogs are going to come out the other end. LOL!

| Hi yep my Dustie watching some programmes...but he gets real angry with those wild west movies...and seems to want to go for the bad gjuys..he stares at the screen and growls..it is very funny...but he gets scared quite easily by loud noises in films etc. Chris.

Yorkie Lover Donating Member | My Captain has watched TV since he was a puppy! He goes crazy barking and jumping up at the TV at any animal. We got a big screen and he no longer is able to turn off the tv or change the channel but is now teaching the others to watch tv. We have tried all types of things to stop him.....but no luck! It is cute/funny at times but mostly annoying now!!

| Jackson LOVES TV. Whenever the Dog Whisperer is on, he thoroughly watches the show, tilting his head and everything. When the dogs run, he watches them with his eyes as they go back and forth! It's hilarious. Thankfully, he's never barked back or anything, he just patiently sits and watches TV.

YT 500 Club Member | Alfie feels its his job too keep all those pesky animals inside the T.V. out of the house, especially dogs. He runs up, barks at them and then scoots his butt infront of the cabinet to mark the ' boundry line'. Took me awhile to realise this is what he was doing, he sertainly knows what his anal-glands are for. |

| Lily is same way with the TV!! She BARKS like crazy and we can't make her stop!! My husband sleeps with the TV on and she sleeps with us so we have to put QVC on at night so there are no commercials to get her going!! One night she woke me out of a sound sleep barking at the TV and the Dog Whisperer was on QVC!!lol |
