Oh my Goodness! Maddie does this too! She is licks on us all the time, especially her daddy.

She looks at him so adorning as she does it as if she is doing him a favor. LOL
It is a little aggravating but she is so darn cute we just let her.

Yep, you guessed it, Daisy is sitting on my lap licking my thumb right now! Talk about being on a mission! She also likes to lick my clothes, but I typically put a stop to that once I realize what she is doing. (At first I thought I must have spilled something on myself and she was trying to clean it. Ha.) My other Yorkie never did this, so I am glad to know others are having the same experience and that it is somewhat normal.

Wow! I thought it was just Molly who would at times lick my shirt. When she first comes up on my lap she likes to lick my hand and sometimes a lick or two to the arm before she settles down next to me. I just assumed that it was her way of showing affection.

aww ok. I like that answer. LOL it's their way of showing affection. Too bad I noticed and remembered that she likes to lick my sheets and pillows too before she settles down for bed. *sigh*

Speaking of pillows....Daisy will stand on mine scratching all of her paws back and forth like she is an olympic athlete winding up for a major sprint (across my bed?). Vroom, vroooommmm!

Sometimes Peanut will lay on my pillow above my head and he will get into his "licking stage" and lick his arm.... by the time he moves I have to turn my pillow over and kick him off bc half my pillow is soaked!!
