| I actually watched it on a flight I was on. Both my mom and boyfriend could not watch the end...it was very sad. I looked around the plane and many people had tissues out...including me! It was a well made film and (as luckylady said) very true to life, but it depressed me too much...I could never watch it again. Ashley

| I saw it, and I would not recommend it unless you want to get upset and cry.

| I liked the book more than the movie. The ending is always sad when a dog gets old, but also a part of life. It was a circle-of-life movie. And they didn't just send him to the dog pound for his behavior problems. Go ahead and watch. Just get out the tissue box and enjoy a good cry!

| You so need to read the book!!! I actually had to gag myself one night because my husband was sleeping and I was laughing so hard! This is a true story, actually the writter is a Journalist and he often wrote about his dog... over time people were so addicted they wanted all his articles put into a book aka Marley and Me. It does have a sad ending but is also a tribute to all dogs. That we love our dog now because they are here now. Same with our human loved ones. The movie does not do the book justice...as usual! I hope you read and enjoy the journey

| If you watch the movie and you love it than you must read "The Art of Racing In The Rain" by Garth Stein. Enzo will make you look at your dog with new eyes and your heart will expand beyond imagination. Given how much we adore our fur babies I know we never could imagine that could be possible Have a terrific weekend! pam & armani |

| Good movie, but I'll never watch it again. Brought back way too many memories and I found myself depressed for days.

| I thought it was a real good movie. Unfortunately, I watched it with my teen-age son and he thought I was a little wacko at the end. I cried my eyes out and loudly too. One of those where you can't even catch your breath! I tried so hard not to cry and when I finally did - I couldn't stop. Yep, tissues necessary. I loved it but wouldn't watch it again. I also read Racing in the Rain and it is a great book for dog lovers. |
