| Question for adult yorkie owners Re: Growth Bailey is 3.4lbs at 6.5 months, I'm hoping he reaches the 5lb mark, or more. Can you all tell me at what age your yorkies stopped growing?

| Jackson stopped growing, hmm... probably around 8-9 months old? At least I think he's done. He's almost a year old now at 12.5lbs and he's been there for quite a while now. Typically, they say to double the 12 week weight and add a pound. Do you know how much he weighed at 12 weeks old?

He probably won't get very much bigger! He's doubled his weight so far exactly! 1.7 + 1.7 = 3.4lbs! So, add another pound or so, I'd say he will stay around 4-4.5lbs, maybe a tiny bit over or under. But, what do I know, right? It all depends! Some dogs will continue growing until a year or over.
